Compliance Manager

Screening Officer

  • Conducts and manages pre-employment screening in line with BS 7858, including identity, address, employment history, and criminal record checks.
  • Maintains accurate, secure screening records and ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  • Liaises with applicants, referees, and third-party providers to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and escalate any risks or concerns to management.

  • Manages waste disposal, recycling, and resource efficiency programmes.
