• Oversees the entire operations of KBG Security Solutions Limited.
• Ensures compliance with BS 10800, ISO 9001:2015, and other British Standards.
• Sets strategic goals, business direction, and company policy.
• Manages relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies such as the SIA.

• Supervises overall security service delivery, including manned guarding, patrolling, and door supervision.
• Ensures compliance with BS 7499 for static guarding and BS 7960 for door supervision.
• Oversees risk assessments, assignment instructions, and deployment schedules.
• Manages and coordinates the activities of the Area Managers.

Compliance Manager

• Ensures operational practices comply with relevant British Standards, including BS 7858 for employee screening and ISO 14001 for environmental management.
• Oversees internal audits and implements continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensures adherence to the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) requirements.

Screening Officer

• Conducts and manages pre-employment screening in line with BS 7858, including identity, address, employment history, and criminal record checks.
• Maintains accurate, secure screening records and ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
• Liaises with applicants, referees, and third-party providers to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and escalate any risks or concerns to management.

Environmental & Quality Manager

• Oversees compliance with ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management systems.
• Manages waste disposal, recycling, and resource efficiency programmes.
• Conducts periodic reviews of environmental policies and practices.

• Manages financial operations including budgeting, payroll, and financial planning.
• Ensures compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Oversees invoicing, expense management, and cost control to support profitability.
• Provides financial insights and advice to support strategic decision-making.

• Leads business development strategy to secure new contracts and expand KBG’s client base.
• Identifies opportunities in target markets including hospitality, residential, events, and BIDs.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Supports bid writing, tender submissions, and presentations in line with ACS and ISO standards.
• Monitors competitor activity and market trends to inform growth strategy.
• Works closely with operations and compliance to ensure service solutions meet client requirements.
