Our Commitment

KBG Security Solutions Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically, transparently, and with integrity in all business relationships, and to implementing appropriate controls to reduce the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain.

Our Business

KBG provides professional security services including door supervision, manned guarding, event security, mobile patrols, CCTV monitoring, temporary CCTV, key holding, and alarm response. Our workforce includes directly employed staff, operational managers, supervisors, and SIA-licensed security operatives.

Policies and Controls

Our approach is supported by recruitment, vetting, equal opportunities, whistleblowing, anti-bribery, health and safety, and supplier management controls. Security operatives are screened in accordance with BS 7858 where applicable, and workers are expected to report concerns through management or whistleblowing routes.

Supply Chain Due Diligence

We expect suppliers and subcontractors to comply with UK employment law, the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and all relevant labour standards. Where supplier risk is identified, KBG may request evidence of policies, insurance, right-to-work checks, licensing, training, and employment practices.

Training and Awareness

Managers and relevant operational staff are expected to remain alert to indicators of exploitation, including coercion, unsafe working practices, withheld wages, identity document retention, and unusual control over workers. Concerns are escalated to senior management for review.
